Instructions
Prep
In a bowl combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of pineapple juice, and 5 crushed garlic cloves. Mix well.
Pour the mix into a bowl with your Flanken short ribs. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix Pellets. Preheat to 325 degrees.
Cook
Place the marinated short ribs on the pellet grill.
Cook the ribs until they reach the desired level of done.
When ribs are done brush on your favorite Teriyaki sauce.
Cook for another 5 minutes for the sauce to set.
Garnish your Flanken ribs with green onions and sesame seeds.
