Instructions
Prep
Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix pellets. Preheat to 350 degrees.
Prepare the glaze by mixing all the ingredients together.
Place the prepared glaze in the refrigerator until the last 10 mins of the cook.
Soak your cedar planks in water for at least 30 minutes.
Rub the salmon filets down with olive oil.
Season the filets liberally with lemon pepper and garlic seasoning.
Slice your lemon and orange. Place a slice on each filet.
Cook
Place the salmon onto the cedar planks and place them on the grill.
Smoke for approximately 20 minutes.
Brush the glaze onto the salmon during the last 10 minutes of the cook.
Smoke until the salmon reaches an internal temp of 135-140 degrees.
