Instructions
Pretzels
Preheat pellet grill to 400 degrees.
Fill grill with desired pellets. ( I used cookinpellets.com’s Apple Mash Pellets)
Add all pretzel ingredients into a bowl and knead or hand mix for five minutes.
Cover and rest for 30 mins.
While the dough is resting make the topping.
Combine boiling water and baking soda, until the baking soda is dissolved.
Prepare a baking sheet and put parchment paper and cooking spray on it.
Divide dough and separate on a lightly dusted tabletop.
Roll pieces into the desired shape and dump them into the soda and water solution.
Leave them for a couple of minutes and after put them on the greased pan.
Top with salt.
Bake for 12-15 mins. After done baking, roll them in melted butter.
Let cool and enjoy with some beer cheese.
Beer Cheese
Melt butter, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper over medium heat in a saucepan for 2 mins.
Stir in beer and milk slowly while whisking.
Reduce heat to low and add cheese. Stir well while adding in the cheese.
Serve warm.
