Smoked/Grilled Flank steak with Mushrooms

Instructions
  1. Set grill at 350 with 100% Hickory pellets
  2. Tenderize meat with mallet on both sides
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. About 15 minutes per side or until it’s at your doneness
  5. Slice fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and green beans, lightly brush with olive oil
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Place on a Frogmat and let cook last 15 minutes before pulling meat
