Smoke your Tri Tip Brisket Style! Seasoned with Jerk Curry and smoked on your pellet grill using Longhorn Blend Pellets, the tri-tip is flavorful and delicious! Everyone will love this amazing and easy recipe! Smoke On!

Smoked Tri Tip
Pre Cook
  1. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Longhorn Blend Pellets.
  2. Set pellet smoker to 275°F.
  3. Apply black pepper to the tri-tip.
  4. Apply African curry jerk to the tri-tip.
  5. Let tri-tip sweat on the counter for 30 minutes.
  1. Place tri-tip onto grill grates.
  2. Insert a temp probe Into the thickest part of the meat.
  3. Set temp alarm To 165°F.
  4. Remove the tri-tip from the grill and wrap it in butcher paper.
  5. Place the tri-tip back onto the grill.
  6. Reinsert the temp probe & set the alarm to 205°F.
Post Cook
  1. Bring the tri-tip inside and let it rest for at least an hour.
  2. Remove the tri-tip from the wrap.
  3. Slice and Enjoy!
