Smoked Tomahawk Steak
  1. Apply oil to both sides of your Tomahawk Steak
  2. Season with your favorite steak seasoning
  3. Fill the hopper with 100% Hickory Pellets
  4. Set the temperature of your smoker to 275 degrees
  5. Once the smoker is at the appropriate temp add your steak
  6. Smoke until your steak reaches an internal temp of 135 degrees or to your desired preference.
  7. Once the desired internal temp is reached, remove the steak from the smoker.
  8. Let the steak rest 15 minutes before slicing
  9. Optional melt butter with rosemary and drizzle over the sliced steak
  10. Enjoy!
