Smoked Prime Rib
  1. Microwave 2 sticks of butter for 30 seconds in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. After microwaving the butter, mix with 4 tablespoons of your favorite Montreal steak seasoning.
  3. Tie prime rib with butcher’s twine to hold its shape.
  4. Apply butter mixture all over the prime rib.
  5. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Perfect Mix Pellets.
  6. Preheat to 275 degrees.
  1. Place the prime rib in the smoker and cook until it reaches an internal temp of 125 degrees.
  2. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
  3. The total cook time is 2.5 hours.
  4. After resting slice the prime rib and serve immediately.
