Smoked Pepper Goat Cheese Scoops
  1. Preheat pellet grill to 450 degrees.
  2. Fill the hopper with your favorite pellet. I used Apple Mash Pellets.
  3. Brush the racks of your pellet grill with oil.
  4. Wash the peppers. Remove the seeds and cut the peppers in half lengthwise to form scoops.
  5. Place the peppers on your grill to smoke.
  6. Sprinkle desired seasonings on the peppers as they smoke.
  7. Cook to the desired level. Once done remove the peppers from the grill.
  8. Add goat cheese and any desired toppings. Let the goat cheese and toppings melt.
  9. Enjoy!
