Smoked Green Beans
  1. Preheat the pellet grill to 250 degrees.
  2. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with 100% Hickory Pellets.
  3. Rinse and chop off the ends of the green beans.
  4. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes. Cool the green beans completely after.
  1. Coat the green beans in avocado oil.
  2. Lay out the green beans on a pan that allows for draining.
  3. Lightly salt and top with minced garlic.
  4. Smoke on your pellet grill for 20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
