Smoked Flank Steak Pinwheels

These smoked flank steak pinwheels are filled with layers of flavor! The flank steak is topped with shallots, garlic, spinach, prosciutto, and cheese then rolled and smoked on your pellet grill! This show-stopping recipe will impress your friends and family! Smoke On!

Smoked Flank Steak Pinwheels
Pre Cook
  1. Fill the hopper with Longhorn Blend Pellets.
  2. Set Smoker to 225°
  3. Butterfly the flank steak and pound it thin.
  4. Rub avocado oil onto to flank stea.
  5. Sprinkle Grilled Steak Seasoning onto flank steak and pat rub in.
  6. Rub shallot, basil, and garlic into the steak.
  7. Layer with prosciutto and sliced mozzarella.
  8. Top with spinach.
  9. Place sun-dried tomatoes in the center.
  10. Roll up the steak tight.
  11. Tie 4 strands of butcher twine tightly around the steak to secure it.
  12. Season with more Grilled Steak Seasoning.
  1. Place the steak on the grill.
  2. Smoke at 225° until internal temperature reaches 140°
  3. Once the steak reaches the appropriate temperature. Sear it.
Post Cook
  1. Allow to rest before slicing.
