Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Prep
  1. Fill your pellet grill with desired pellets (I used cookinpellets.com’s Apple Mash pellets )
  2. Preheat the pellet grill to 250 degrees F
  3. In bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth and then add in the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
  4. Mix in the ranch dressing and wing sauce
  5. Fold in the shredded chicken
Cook
  1. Smoke the mixture for 1 hour
Post Cook
  1. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving
  2. Enjoy! Smoke On!
