Smoked Brisket Lasagna

Ingredients
- Cookinpellets Longhorn Blend Pellets
- 1 pound Brisket Chopped
- 1 package Lasagna Noodles
- 2 eggs
- 32 oz Ricotta Cheese
- BBQ Seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 3 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Instructions
Pre Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Longhorn Blend Pellets
- Set smoker to 375°
- Boil lasagna noodles & set aside
- Pour in a ¼ cup of BBQ sauce into pan and spread it around
- Place 3 lasagna noodles down
- Crack your eggs and whisk
- Mix in ricotta cheese and BBQ seasoning to taste
- Spread ricotta down over noodles
- Spread brisket out over the ricotta
- Spread shredded cheeses over the brisket
- Sprinkle BBQ seasoning
- Repeat process 3 times
- Top with remaining cheeses
Cook
- Place lasagna on smoker
- Smoke for at least 45 minutes
- Bring inside when golden brown and bubbly
Post Cook
- Let lasagna rest for 15 minutes or so before slicing and serving
