Pulled Beef Sandwich
Instructions
  1. Season Beef Chuck with your favorite beef rub.
  2. Add Cookinpellets 100% Hickory Pellets to your smoker and set the temperature to 275 degrees. Place seasoned Beef Chuck in the smoker.
  3. Smoke for 2 hours or until you get a nice mahogany color, then remove from smoker.
  4. First place the butter in the bottom of a dutch oven or pan, and place the roast on top. Next add Au jus mix, Ranch seasoning, 8 oz of beef broth, and 5 whole pepperoncini’s to the pan. Cover and return to smoker for another 2 hours or until probe tender.
  5. After 2 hours, use a fork to check for tenderness. It is ready when the meat pulls apart with ease. When done, remove from smoker.
  6. Let meat cool down before pulling.
  7. Toast the hamburger buns, add your cheese, and place the meat on top. Topped off with sliced pepperoncini.
