Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients
- Cookinpellets Longhorn Blend Pellets
- 1 Block of Cream Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 2-3 Diced Jalapeños deseeded for less heat, leave the seeds in for more heat
- 1 Jalapeno sliced into thin rounds
- 8 Strips of Thick Bacon Cooked chopped
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese reserve 1/2 cup for topping
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- All Purpose Seasoning season to taste

Prep
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, jalapeños, cheese, and 3/4 of the bacon. Season to taste with the all-purpose seasoning of your choice.
- Once the dip has been mixed thoroughly, transfer to a lightly greased cast iron skillet, spread evenly, and season lightly again with the all-purpose seasoning of your choice.
- Top the jalapeño popper dip with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (enough to cover the top) and the rest of the bacon.
- Top the jalapeño popper dip with the rounds of jalapeño spread evenly.
Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Longhorn Blend Pellets.
- Set the temperature to 350º.
- Once at 350º put the jalapeño popper dip on the smoker and let it smoke for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove from the smoker and let cool for 20-30 minutes or until the pan is cool enough to handle.
