Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs
  1. Preheat pellet grill to 325 degrees.
  2. Fill pellet grill with desired pellets ( I used cookinpellets.com’s Apple Mash Pellets).
  3. Add pineapple juice, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic into a large bowl. Mix this marinade thoroughly.
  4. Clean and cube chicken breasts.
  5. Let chicken breasts soak in the marinade for 30 mins.
  6. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut up onions, pineapple, and peppers into cubes.
  8. Place the cut chicken, peppers, pineapples, and onion on the skewers.
  9. Place skewers on the pellet grill to cook for 25 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
