Instructions
  1. The new way to smoke! Get a cold smoke generator for your grill!
  2. Fill with desired pellets (I used Cookinpellets.com’s Apple Mash pellets).
  3. Light the cold smoke generator with a blow torch.
  4. Let the smoke fill the pellet grill for 5 minutes.
  5. Cover the cream cheese with a dry rub.
  6. Grease the pan with olive oil.
  7. Set the cream cheese on the greased pan.
  8. Smoke on the grill for 3 hours.
  9. It won't be hot when you take it out so you can enjoy it right away!
  10. Perfect for parties, dip with Ritz crackers, bread, or cover your bagels with it in the morning! Smoke On!
