Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin
Instructions
Prep
  1. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com 100% Hickory Pellets.
  2. Preheat to 275 degrees.
  3. Wrap the filet with bacon and secure it with butcher’s twine.
  4. Season with your favorite steak seasoning.
Cook
  1. Place the bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin in the smoker.
  2. Smoke until internal temp reaches 130. Approximately 1 hour.
  3. After cooking let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite sides and don’t forget to remove the butcher’s twine.
  5. Enjoy!
