Bacon Maple Cupcakes
  1. Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees
  2. Fill grill with desired pellets ( I used’s 100% Hickory Wood Pellets)
  3. Line cupcake pan with liners
  4. Put all dry ingredients into one bowl, mix, set aside
  5. Put wet ingredients in another bowl and whip them together with a hand mixer
  6. Slowly add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
  7. Divide batter into each cupcake liner
  8. Bake for 18-20 mins
  9. After cooling, drizzle maple syrup onto each cupcake
  1. Beat the butter with an electric mixer
  2. Slowly add the powdered sugar and the rest of the ingredients for the frosting
  3. Put icing in a piping bag and pipe onto the cooled cupcakes
  4. Top the cupcakes with pre-made bacon and maple syrup
  5. Enjoy!
