Backyard Beef Ribs
This beef ribs recipe is simple and versatile. Let the flavor of those ribs shine through with very simple seasoning. It’s all about technique and timing, try it for the most tender and tasty beef ribs!
Beef Back Ribs
Apply cooking oil on both sides and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic.
Add Cookinpellets 100% Hickory Pellets to your smoker and set temp to 275 degrees.
When temp is reached place ribs in smoker and smoke them for 2 hours.
After 2 hours wrap ribs in foil with a splash of water and a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce. Return to smoker.
After 1 more hour, remove foil and place back in smoker.
Smoke for another 35 minutes.
Slice and Enjoy!
