Take 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary crushed between your fingers and mix with 4 TBS Whole Grain or Dijon style Mustard
Lightly flatten pork cutlet (chops) with a mallet and then rub in the mustard and rosemary. Zip top bag for as few as 3 and as many as 24 hours.
The APPLE MASH pellets work great with this as I set grill at 275 and grill for roughly 20-25 minutes or about 160 internal temp.
I also take a small sauce pan, put in grill at same time and add a tbs of butter, melt and throw in fresh green pea pods and broccoli or what ever works for you…salt and white pepper to taste and serve at same time!
